Having gained experience in financial audit for listed/non-listed companies at KPMG Japan, a focus was made on providing financial advisory services on cross-border M&A. This led to a secondment role at Nidec Europe B.V., the regional headquarters of Nidec Corporation, with involvement in regional headquarters operation, M&A deals in Europe, and supporting Post Merger Integration (PMI). Currently, financial advisory services are provided to companies expanding its business to overseas from the Netherlands-based office.
